DBT-RU
A selection of YouTube videos that teaches a variety of skills used in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a practice used by clinicians to help folks manage symptoms associated with suicidal thoughts, ideation, and other mental health conditions. Each video focuses on a different skill and is 5 minutes or less.
