Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences DBT Training
The University of Washington (UW) School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences offers DBT training to the UW Medicine, Seattle Children's, VA Puget Sound, and other UW affiliated clinical programs. Training is open to 3rd and 4th year psychiatry residents, pre-doctoral psychology interns, post-doctoral fellows, faculty, and clinical staff free of charge. Licensed professionals may obtain CEs for a processing fee. For the 2020 training year, we will be offering limited slots to non-UW/SCH affiliated community clinicians. See community registration page for fee structure. This training is designed at the post-graduate level and is not appropriate for most currently enrolled graduate students (rare exceptions may be made for advanced clinical doctoral students in approved DBT practicums). Please read through this and other linked pages before registering for training.
