UW Psychiatry DBT Workshop
The UW DBT Workshop takes place during the summer on 2 consecutive Sundays in July. You may take the introductory workshop (Day 1) which will provide an overview to DBT (i.e., theory, structure, and primary strategies) and stop, or continue onto Day 2, which will cover more specific DBT concepts and strategies. Day 2 is intend to provide enough training to help a new DBT therapist get started with a difficult client. You must complete both Day 1 and Day 2 to continue onto the DBT Seminar Series, which is required to participate in clinical training.
